These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you, either individually or representing an entity, and TpT Informer ("we", "us", or "our"), outlining the rules governing your use of the TpT Informer service (the "Service"). Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of use. Additionally, you agree to familiarize yourself with and adhere to the Privacy Policy of TpT Informer, which is integrated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating the revised terms on our website. We may, but are not obligated to, provide notices of such changes on our website's homepage. The Services are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under 18 years old are not allowed to use or sign up for the Services.

Service

Information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such information. The information provided while using the Services is not meant for distribution to, or use by, any individual or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate the law or regulation, or require us to comply with registration requirements within that jurisdiction or country. TpT Informer is not affiliated with TeachersPayTeachers (TPT), owned by IXL Learning. TpT Informer is a third-party tool that provides data and analytics for TPT sellers. TpT Informer is not responsible for any changes in the TPT website that may affect the functionality of the tool. We will do our best to keep the tool updated and working properly.

Please note that TpT Informer cannot be held responsible for any modifications to the TPT website that might impact the functionality of our Service. However, we are committed to making every effort to ensure the tool remains updated and operational. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or remove features from our Service at any time without prior notice or reason.

User Account

Registration for an account ("Account") may be required prior to utilizing the Service. It is imperative that you provide accurate and complete information about yourself during the registration process and commit to keeping this information updated. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of both your password and username associated with your Account, as well as for any activities conducted under your Account. TpT Informer strictly prohibits the use of automated methods for Account registration, reserving the right to promptly terminate your access to the Service or your Account in the event of a breach of these Terms or any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations in your jurisdiction. By utilizing the Service and furnishing us with your contact information, you expressly consent to receiving communications from us. Should you prefer not to receive such communications, please review TpT Informer’s Privacy Policy and follow the provided opt-out procedures.

License

TpT Informer grants you a limited, revocable license for personal use of the Service, subject to these Terms. Prohibited actions include: modifying or reverse-engineering the Service; unauthorized copying, selling, or exploitation; framing proprietary information without consent; using automation for data extraction or engaging in illegal activities or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Chrome Extension

The TpT Informer Chrome Extension is a tool that provides data and analytics for TpT sellers. By installing the Chrome Extension, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service of the Chrome Web Store

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. TpT Informer does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or timely. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the results obtained from the use of the Service. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Service will be at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TpT Informer will not be held accountable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. It's important to note that certain regional laws may not permit limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Cancellation

You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Account will be terminated at the end of the current paid term. TpT Informer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Contribution and Feedback

We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Service. By submitting any ideas, suggestions, or feedback to TpT Informer, you acknowledge and agree that we are free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, license, transfer, and otherwise distribute your feedback without any limitations. You also acknowledge that we are under no obligation to keep your feedback confidential, compensate you, or respond to your feedback.
